- Any activity that may damage or disrupt the service to other customers, such as hosting a high-traffic website that causes server overload.
- Using the service for hosting phishing or scam websites.
- Using the service for hosting malicious scripts or programs that could harm other users or systems.
- Attempting or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of network attack or traffic manipulation against any website, network or system.
- Infringing on the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
- Customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of the Services, including but not limited to data protection, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws.
- Customer shall comply with this AUP and any guidelines or policies that Roqitt Hosting Ltd. may issue from time to time.
- Any failure to comply with this AUP or any other Roqitt Hosting Ltd policy may result in suspension or termination of service, as well as potential legal action.
- Customer is also responsible for ensuring that their website and any associated content or materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Roqitt Hosting Ltd reserves the right to remove any content or materials that violate this AUP or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Customer must ensure that their website and any associated scripts or programs are properly configured and maintained to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Customer must ensure that their website and any associated scripts or programs are regularly backed up to prevent loss of data.
- Customer must ensure that their website and any associated scripts or programs are regularly updated to address any security vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Customer must ensure that their website and any associated scripts or programs are not configured to consume excessive resources, which may affect the performance of other customers' websites.
- Customer must ensure that their website and any associated scripts or programs do not collect or store any sensitive personal information unless they have obtained explicit consent from the individuals and have implemented proper security measures to protect that information.
- Any violations of this AUP should be reported to our abuse team.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide sufficient information, including but not limited to, IP addresses, URLs, and relevant log files to assist in the investigation.
- Roqitt Hosting Ltd reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
- Roqitt Hosting Ltd may involve and will cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies if criminal activity is suspected.
- Roqitt Hosting Ltd will take appropriate action in response to violations of this AUP, which may include but not limited to, suspension or termination of service, and legal action.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security of their account and to implement necessary measures to protect their account from unauthorized access. This includes but is not limited to, the use of strong passwords, and the use of security software to prevent unauthorized access.
Customer is also responsible for ensuring that their website and any associated scripts or programs are secure and do not pose a threat to other users or systems.
Roqitt Hosting Ltd reserves the right to limit resource usage if it is deemed to be causing harm to other customers or to the overall performance of the servers.
- Customer is also responsible for monitoring their resource usage and making necessary adjustments to ensure that their website does not cause undue stress on the server.
Roqitt Hosting Ltd takes regular backups of customer's data, however, it is the customer's responsibility to keep their own backups. Roqitt Hosting Ltd will not be held responsible for any data loss.
Customer is also responsible for ensuring that their website and data is properly backed up and can be restored in case of any unforeseen events.
Roqitt Hosting Ltd reserves the right to change this AUP at any time. Any changes will be posted to the Roqitt Hosting Ltd website.
